Sony VPL-VW60 Projector

Good Points: In Sony VPL-VW60 color decoding and image fixing are very good. It can rightly be called an accurate projector, which has most of the technical up gradation that could be made in a 1080p resolution projector.

Bad Points: In spite of the above positive points Sony VPL-VW60 Projector is not up to the mark when it comes to adjustments of primary colors.

What we thought: This projector is best fit for people who do real experiments with high resolutions video gadgets. The affordable pricing is one of the highlights that attract attention of buyers.

As the performance of this projector is better than that of the previous models by Sony, more and more people opt for this model. The projector’s improved its black level performance and overall picture quality is the big plus for this projector.

With smooth edges and curves that look like an eye, the projector has been designed in a stylish and elegant manner. Keys like the menu button, power on/off, lens, and the four-way rocker keys are comfortably placed on one side of the chassis. Sony VPL-VW60 projector comes with a simple and easy to use design.

The wide anamorphic aspect ratio and the connectivity options like video input, one S-video and one composite video for older analogy video sources like VHS tape are the new features that have been included in the projector

However, the performance of the projector cannot be ranked among the top performer s of this class because of the problems it has in primary colors. One is unable to identify or differentiate the minute differences between the shades of the same color.
